It's been almost 10 years since someone was stupid enough to spam on our sponsors and cry over us and our methods.
This time, however, we have a premiere: A Woman
Actually, it reads more like a brat than a woman, because she seriously thinks she can achieve something with us or our sponsors by threatening a shit storm on social media.
Ultimately, something like this could be extremely expensive for a brat who believes that she has to regulate things emotionally rather than objectively.

We assume that her favorite color is PINK, and that's why we have shown her gurgles in PINK. Our comments are in black.

After all, it is extremely stupid to spread lies that anyone who can read can simply dismantle as lies on our website.

So here we go with the headers...

An: ADRESS of our Sponsor - Censored
Betreff: Reputational Risk: Association with Scam Artists

Sara, naming one a Scam Artist is a crime in Switzerland and also out there in the EU.
If we were as emotional as you are and report you to our authorities, the handcuffs might click the next time you move your ass off the British Isles.
Actually you are not important enough to do so, but that can change if you continue that way...
Is this wat you want?

Wichtigkeit: Hoch

So you think your oath is important? Really?

Please forward this to your CEO.

So you believe a real CEO has time for you? Really?
Do you think that the cleaning ladies of our sponsors decided to sponsor us?
It was, of course, the CEO's, and unlike you, they know exactly how we work.

As a sponsor of UCEPROTECT, you should consider withdrawing your support immediately or at least pressure them into changing their policies immediately. At present they come dangerously close to Cyber Fraud.

You don't seem to be aware that we've been running the UCEPROTECT blacklists for 20 years, and that most of our sponsors have been around for that long.
This means that they have heared that bullshit you spammed to them at times when you still slipped across the floor with your shit diaper. :-)

Background
IDcheck specialises in ERP systems and fraud risk mitigation. We are most certainly not spammers. Our private servers are hosted with IONOS/1&1: a large, reputable hosting firm that provides Dedicated, VPS and Shared hosting.

For us it is completely irrelevant which industry you work in.
We treat everyone equally, whether you're cleaning toilets or jetting around the world as an "influencer" (another term for a useless person).

"we are certainly not spammers" :-) Basically every spammer says that ...
If I got a Swiss franc every time a spammer told me this story, I wouldn't have to work anymore since a long time.

Let me tell you something about providers:
If 3 former operators of free email addresses at some point act as resellers with the real providers, and again later as DSL and cable access providers, and none of them has managed to *ALWAYS* have consistent PTRs nor a working abuse departement over the last 20 years, one can hardly assume them to become an provider with an excellent reputation, when they merge into a new company and thus bundle their incompetence ....
You should ask yourself what the fuck IONOS with its half a million IP's is doing to have more Abuser Impacts per week than Deutsche Telekom which is comparable hugh with 33 million IP's or Microsoft, that is 37 million IP's...

Shared hosting emails go through their mail system and cannot cause issues. But a tiny minority of those with private servers have been sending out spam. Companies such as Barracuda will blacklist individual IPs, which is in everyone's best interest. However:

You have no clue about spam ...
It's always minorities who don't secure their boxes, get hacked, and then dump tons of spam.

How difficult is it to hit our 50 trap servers in the vast expanses of the Internet, and pour over 275 spam there in order to be listed in level 3?
How much shit do you have to send to get noticed so often?
The 0.5% you named as "minorities" in all areas of the Internet are responsible for 100% spam ...
That is simply not tolerable.

Because you mention Barracuda: Have you ever tried to get delisted there in time, let's say within an hour? No?
Then simply shut up!

What you did also not realize is, that UCEPROTECT maintains 3 different Levels, so our users can chose how hard they want to block.

§ UCEPROTECT has taken the lazy approach and blacklists an entire network (every client of 1&1) meaning it impacts thousands of clients that do not spam

That is pure lies, and you are the one which was too lazy to read and understand our system, but compensated that with a big mouth.

There is Level 1: Nothing than single IP's get listed there See: LEVEL 1
There is Level 2: This escalates within the allocation See: LEVEL 2
Finaly there is Level 3: This lists dirty providers See: LEVEL 3

You should really read those fucking links, before making a fool out of yourself again...

§ UCEPROTECT forms will not submit (for general inquiries) regardless of drop-down options chosen - there is no public email or phone number and no way for anyone to contact them easily: A common sign of unethical firms

Wrong again: The contact form is protected, so that losers, that are too lazy to read and understand our website can't bug us with their selfmade problems. The code is hidden in 2 pages of our website, which someone that is interested in solving their problems should find... No wonder you didn't find it.

§ UCEPROTECT offers a "whitelist" for good IPs impacted by "spammy" neigbhours. However, users must:
à Pay CHF25

Wrong again. It costs 25 CHF to register with our whitelist, for those that are way to stupid to chose the high discount option, and no one is forced to register nor to pay anything.
If one is chosing 24 Month for 90 CHF that makes how much?
You guess it: That's lousy 3.75 CHF / month.
You don't even get a fucking BigMac in Zurich for 3.75 CHF...
But hey: If someone doesn't believe in themself to stay clean for 24 month, then of course they will chose that 25 CHF per month option. Anyway - that can not be our problem.

Ø The whitelisting will be removed as soon as the ISP is listed again, which means "good users" are being blackmailed into paying weekly fees of CHF25?

Either you are lying as habit, or you are not the brightest bulb in the chandelier.
Visit http://www.whitelisted.org to find out what it is and how it works.
And don't forget to read the policy and the FAQ... There is no *weekly* option...

Ø This is absolutely outrageous and highly unethical
Ø No ethical firm should ever charge for whitelisting a company that does not spam!

You have given public proof that you are a liar by habit and therefore the wrong person to talk about ethics.

Should this scandal break on social media with your name associated how would your own clients react?

You know threats are a criminal offense?
Anyway we give a shit on "social media", and we don't use them. We guess you would not be the first one that increases our userbase, by starting a whiners campaign against us on the Internet.
Find Marc Perkel or another one that had their not so good home runs with us and have a talk to him :-)

Kind Regards,

Sara Statman

That proves another time, that you are not the brightest bulb...
Using such footers *ALWAYS* gives the impression of someone that has no control over their email, often sending offers to wrong recipients, that are non binding, not official confirmed, and sometimes spreading viruses too, and has no clue about law... but is "certainly not a spammer"
... in short words: a plain stupid person sending irrelevant bullshit.
Since you did send the shit, you can prohibit NOTHING, if you didn't want it to go public, you simply shouldn't have send it.

Grow up and also try to grow a brain before you make a fool out of yourself, again next time.
