It appears that this individual now posted the item on
his website after clearly being told not to in the original
letter and has once again spammed the usenet newsgroups
with another email which was again totally off topic for the
group it was posted in.
The website in my original complaint is still up as well and
nothing has been done. I demand that this website be immediately
shut down.
Again he is spamming the usenet newsgroups from the IP
address of 62.12.170.22 and from the news server at
news.cyberlink.ch
news.cyberlink.ch you need to remove the account responsible for this
abuse immediately.
The website listed in my orginal complaint also needs to be
immediately shut down.

where he knows they will be harvested
by spammers. This individual runs a block list and is
