Irregardless of your website comments, or your comments in the email you have sent us - what you are doing is considered larceny in OUR state - thereby, punishable by law in the stat of Texas.
Step 1) Document all internal and external tests by Internic-approved consultants - done
Step 2) File a complaint with Internic that you are requiring payment for expedient removal from your list

Step 3) File suit against your company for listing us in a designated spam listing that users may subscribe to that is both inaccurate and has no way to expediently remove us from that list - without cost
This particular client is a law firm.
I merely passed on to you THEIR specific directive that they will indeed pursue legal action against you. SInce their expertise is law regarding electronic data lawsuits - I would heed their request and their warning...

No one forced you to do a payment, and no one forced you to mail our spamtraps in first place.

Facts are:
You and noone else did burn your IP.
If you got listed in Level 1 then that means you were reported by a German City or District authority, which are feeding ourlists with IP's that did hit their spamtraps.

That means there were actions illegal to German law before that listing and we have local authorities for proof.

That translates to:
It is more like that you can manage to win the jackpot in a lottery than to find a court in Germany that will do anything other kicking your ass and charging the costs at you afterwards.

In fact i get rid of lusers claiming extortion when it's nothing then an offer to manually remove you expedited, before regular automatic and free of charge expiration (7 days after the last impact seen by our traps).

Why do we do this?
Regular automatic delisting is free of charge because no one has to lift a finger here - it happens automatically.

If one got listed and he wants to do get removed immediatley, that needs manual intervention, and that indeed costs money.
