We always knew it - the smaller a luser's brain, the bigger his mouth.
Chances are that this is the biggest cart00ney in the history of the Internet, but at least to our knowlege there was never a cart00ney sent to so many providers at the same time.
We did munge all emailaddresses (except the Spamtard's) with ***CENSORED*** to prevent they get harvested and spammed.
The sender is JAMIE BAILLIE, who can be considered a well known spammer to the Internet community, at least he has a long history as an abuser.
We strongly recommend you visit his record at kookpedia.net to get a full understanding of said luser.
While he has publicly denied the picture is him in 2003 (see here),
he is now claiming the pictures located at different parody sites around the globe is him and therfore would violate his copyright.
Even if he abused Google to play the cart00ney game we know his domain is darkshado.ca and his static IP is 76.68.27.58.
According to our policy for Level 1 we will list IP 76.68.27.58 until Jamie's ISP informs us they have booted Jamie.
This may prevent ISPs that use ourlist from being threatened by the Spamtard.

The information within the images are extremely defamatory
towards me and is nothing more than a bunch of lies.
Each of the search result URL's identified above contains
Defamatory Libel,which as defined in the criminal code of
Canada (article 298 of the criminal
code of Canada) is a matter published, without lawful
justification or excuse, that is likely to injure the
reputation of any person by exposing him to hatred, contempt, or
ridicule, or that is designed to insult the erson of or
concerning whom it is published. A person publishes a libel
when he:
a) exhibits it in public
b) causes it to be read or seen, or c) shows or delivers it,
or causes it to be shown or delivered, with intent that
it should be read or seen by the person whom it defames
or by any other person
(article 299 of the criminal code of Canada).
Also under Canadian law what this individual(s) are doing to
me can easily be classified as cyber stalking / online harassment.
Criminal harassment can be conducted through the use of a
computer system, including the Internet.10 Although this
type of conduct is described in various ways, not all such
conduct falls within Canada's definition of criminal harassment.
For example, "cyber-stalking" or "on-line harassment"
is often used to refer to
(1) direct communication through e-mail;
(2) Internet harassment, where the offender publishes offensive
or threatening Information about the victim on
the
Internet; and
(3) unauthorized use, control or sabotage of the victim's computer.11
In some cyber-stalking situations, criminal
harassment charges
may be appropriate; however, depending on the
activity involved,
charges under sections 342.1 (unauthorized use of a
computer), 342.2
(possession of device to obtain computer service)
and
subsection 430(1.1) (mischief in relation to
data)
should also be considered. Activities that can be
considered
cyber-stalking
can include delivering threatening or harassing
messages through
one or more of the following:
* e-mail;
* chat rooms;
* message boards;
* newsgroups; and
* forums.
Other variations of cyber-stalking include the following:
* sending inappropriate electronic greeting cards;
* posting personal advertisements in the victim's name;
* creating Web sites that contain threatening or harassing
messages or that contain provocative or pornographic
photographs, most of which have been altered;
* sending viruses to the victim's computer;
* using spy-ware to track Web site visits or record keystrokes
the
victim makes; and
* sending harassing messages to the victim's employers,
co-workers,
students, teachers, customers, friends, families or churches
or
sending harassing messages forged in the
victim's name to
others.
The definition above meets exactly as to what these individuals
are doing to me.
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials
described above on the allegedly infringing web pages is
not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information
in the notification is accurate and that I am the
copyright
owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an
exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please accept this demand for your clients to immediately
remove all such statements, misrepresentations and assertions
and copyright violations from the websites listed above.
I am sure it is unnecessary for me to explain laws related
to slander, liable [sic], and defamation of character and
the other potential violations of law already committed by
these websites.
There are also legal implications of libel, slander,
defamation of character and invasion of privacy on the part of said
website which I am sure your fair company would rather not be
party
to should the entire request for removal
not be heeded.
Accordingly, please advise as to removal of these various items
by 5 business days.
If they are not removed within this time frame then the
following actions can be taken against you.
.. a complaint against you and/or your company under the
Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
. litigation against you and/or your company in either US or
English Courts on the grounds of defamation,
copyright infringement.
In the event that Mr. Baillie is compelled to take legal
proceedings by your failure to comply with the reasonable
requests made in this letter, Mr. Baillie reserves his
rights to seek damages and/or an injunction against you and/or
your company to prevent the website from publishing
defamatory comments relating to Mr.
Baillie and for violation of copyright laws.
Whilst setting out the legal options open to Mr. Baillie,
we would reiterate that he would prefer to avoid formal
legal proceedings if possible.
Given the nature of this letter, we would urge you not to
post it to the website. If you were to do so, we are
confident that the relevant Courts
(and any visitors to the Website) would interpret such
action as clear evidence of the bad faith motivating
your operation of the Website.
